i just had to share this one - my mother helga painted this in 1945!
she had it in a little book with some other illustrations in similar style... the last one is not completed and the book sort of continues with measures for pullovers - oh, children robbed her time, haha... (i don't feel guilty)
as children we often looked into that book and simply adored her fine paintings...
i send out a special greetings to "unerde", an artist with a fine gallery and a complete different but also nice version of the same theme...
